Miss Brittany comes to Action Day Lincoln after two years as the Enrollment Coordinator with Action Day El Quito. She’s spent the past decade supporting Bay Area kids and families as a school administrator, teacher, nanny, and camp counselor, and she’s excited to head the Lincoln Preschool admin team with kindness, care, and a whole lot of fun.
Lincoln School History
Our third preschool joined the Action Day Schools in 1975. Located in the heart of Willow Glen on Lincoln Avenue the campus includes an infant center and a preschool. Enrollment is open to children three months old to seven years.
Three buildings provide an attractive atmosphere for young children. The oldest building was originally a farm house and has been listed in the local guide to historical landmarks in the Willow Glen area. The second building was constructed in 1980 and the third, large building was completed in 2001. The school offers a relaxed, cozy atmosphere that is warm and friendly. Our staff works to provide children with the challenges they need each day for maximum growth. Some of the children from the Lincoln School continue in our program and are bussed from the Lincoln School to Primary Plus for Kindergarten.
Children are divided into age groups for various infant, toddler, preschool and kindergarten activities. Dance and enrichment activities are available.
Enrichment
West Valley Dance Company offers a wide selection of dance classes year-round for all ages, from 18 months to school age at all ADPP locations. Offering a professional education that caters to individual pace and growth, our roots are in the passion of teaching, and the staff at WVDC understands the importance of a child’s development at any age – ensuring our lessons go beyond those of the dance studio. Our staff will collect your child from their classroom and walk them to their onsite studio. At the end of class, they will walk them back to their classroom.
