Sliced deli meats, low fat cheeses, dried or fresh fruits. These are healthier and less expensive than “Lunchables” type packages and you can cater them to meet your child’s preferences. - Do you have any learning to read tips?
Read with your children every day. Model good reading habits by following the words with your finger and even stop occasionally and phonetically “sound out” easy words. Challenge your children to read signs they see while riding in the car, you’ll both be surprised at the number of words they recognize!
