Goals for the school year: To get students comfortable and excited about math.

Education:
Bachelor of Arts – Mills College with an emphasis on molecular cell function

7th Grade Pre-Algebra Curriculum:
In Pre-Algebra I would like to go as gently as possible. Pre-Algebra is the diving board of higher level math, and if students aren’t comfortable now, it will only make the rest of math a headache.

Elective Curriculum:
Lego Robotics:
A group work and team building class to help teach problem solving and encourage interests in engineering programming and scientific research. Students will work together to complete a functional Lego robot and project presentation about transportation in their community.

Special Interests and Hobbies:
In my spare time I like to draw, paint, and craft nightly.
