September 2007 Leading the Way to a New School Year
We are once again at the time of year when the traditional start of the school year begins. Although our schools are open year round, September is the month when our children and parents begin to think of all of the goals for the coming school year. What wonders await each child? How will their progress unfold this school year? Where will their development be in June 2008?
The bright faces of our children on the first day of a new school year are something we all look forward to. Our organization provides private education and daycare for children from birth to 14 years of age, so we have a variety of experiences to enjoy and be a part of. Each year in the lives of young children is important and filled with a tremendous amount of learning. We are thrilled to see some of our eighth grade students come to school having been part of our programs since they were in our infant program.
Many of our parents ask us how to best prepare their child for the educational experiences of the new year. Our answer to this question is to try to give the child the self-confidence to deal with a wide range of experiences. It is impossible for the parents or teachers to make a list of all of the many experiences that each child will face during the school year. The child that comes to school feeling good about him/herself will have the best chance of successfully dealing with a variety of new experiences and building on each.
We are looking forward to a wonderful year and want to thank you for choosing Action Day Primary Plus as the place to have your child(ren) learn, play and grow!
Sincerely,
