Thank you for your interest in Action Day.  We look forward to helping your child develop to the fullest and to your family becoming an integral part of our community.

To apply for enrollment in any of our programs:

1. Contact your desired location to schedule a private tour of the facility. 
2. Pay the applicable registration fees.
3. Fill out an enrollment form for the appropriate program and return to the school office. (The other forms will be required prior to your child’s start date.)
