Thank you for your interest in Primary Plus. We look forward to helping your child develop to the fullest and to your family becoming an integral part of our community.

To apply for enrollment in any of our programs:

1. Contact Primary Plus to schedule a private tour of the facility.
2. Pay the applicable registration fees.
3. Fill out an enrollment form for the appropriate program and return to the school office. (The other forms will be required prior to your child’s start date.)

4. We will contact you with acceptance status and to confirm your start date.
