Ways to Sneak Fiber into Your Family’s Diet

Fiber is an essential part of everybody’s diet.  Is your child getting enough?  An easy way to find out how many grams of fiber your child should be consuming each day is to add 5 to your child’s age.  Adults and kids over 15 need about 20 – 25 grams per day.  See high fiber foods that your child may already be eating and easy ways to sneak fiber into your child’s daily diet.  See more.
