Boys and Girls
Camp Fire is a national organization for boys and girls of all ages. It is a national organization of adults interested in helping children. Camp Fire has a long proud history and a vital exciting vision for the future.
The Camp Fire program at Primary Plus provides the families with an excellent after school program. It is a wonderful opportunity, for all children, boys and girls to learn about self-reliance, community service, nature, creativity and leadership skills. Our club leaders are volunteers that spend time planning meetings, planning trips, attending leaders' meetings, and attending training sessions.
Our clubs are larger than the average club of 5 to 8 members. Therefore, all the support from the families is essential to providing the best program for the children at Primary Plus.As children get older, the club program offers more complex and challenging things for them to do. Together members and leaders make decisions for the club. The program rewards participation and achievement. Recognition helps build self-esteem and pride.
The Camp Fire club program develops the whole child. This program focuses on a variety of skills and special interests unlike many other programs. We are proud at Primary Plus to be working with the Camp Fire organization in creating a safe, fun and exciting program for the children and their families.
